Eric Roybal
Founder
Eric Roybal, owner of Bear Creek Adventures LC, is a lifelong horseman, outdoorsman and hunter. As a sixth generation resident of these mountains, he has an intimate knowledge of the wildlife and the country. Since age 15, he has worked in the outfitting and guiding industry, starting out by working at area guest ranches where he accompanied clients on trail rides and pack trips. Although he began hunting for big game at age 10, he began guiding hunters professionally in 1982. Most of his "spare" time is spent hunting and riding in the beautiful Pecos Wilderness. In addition, he is a New Mexico registered Outfitter, a member of the N.M. Council of Outfitters and guides, New Mexico Draft Horse Assn., and is a N.M. Hunter Education Instructor.
