Bud fell in love with the Pecos Wilderness and as soon as he could retire as a Texas rancher, he headed to the mountains to live. Bud has been riding horses all of his life and has found all aspects of Bear Creek to be a true adventure. He helps with all aspects of the business including trail rides, wagon rides, and packing in hunters. His calm, steady, and competent ways have been a real asset to our operation and his witt and humor makes him a joy to be around.
